この利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、CFHA Studio（以下「当スタジオ」といいます）が提供するWebサイト、Webツール、およびモバイルアプリケーション（以下、これらを総称して「本サービス」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。ユーザーの皆さまには、本規約およびプライバシーポリシーにご同意のうえ、本サービスをご利用いただきます。
本規約は、ユーザーと当スタジオとの間における本サービスの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。当スタジオが本サービス上で別途定める個別の規定やガイドラインがある場合、それらも本規約の一部を構成するものとします。
ユーザーは、本サービスを利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。本サービスは原則として無料で提供しますが、一部の機能やサービスについて有料とする場合があります。
ユーザーが未成年者である場合は、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。同意なく利用された場合、契約が取り消される場合があります。
本サービスの一部には、有料のコンテンツや機能が含まれる場合があります。
ユーザーは、本サービスの利用にあたり、以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
本サービスに関する著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権は、当スタジオまたは正当な権利を有する第三者に帰属します。本規約に基づく本サービスの利用許諾は、これらの知的財産権の譲渡または使用許諾を意味するものではありません。
当スタジオは、本サービスに事実上または法律上の瑕疵がないことを保証しておりません。
当スタジオは、本サービスに起因してユーザーに生じた損害について、当スタジオの故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。当スタジオが責任を負う場合であっても、その範囲はユーザーに現実に生じた直接かつ通常の損害に限られるものとします。
当スタジオは、メンテナンスや不具合対応等のため、事前の通知なく本サービスの内容を変更し、または提供を中止もしくは終了できるものとします。
当スタジオは、ユーザーが本規約のいずれかの条項に違反した場合、事前の通知なく本サービスの全部または一部の利用を制限できるものとします。
当スタジオは本規約を変更できるものとします。重要な変更を行う場合は、あらかじめ公式サイトまたはアプリ内にて事前通知します。変更後の利用規約は、本ページに掲載された時点から効力を生じます。
本規約の解釈にあたっては日本法を準拠法とします。本サービスに関して紛争が生じた場合には、当スタジオの所在地を管轄する裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These Terms of Use ("Terms") set forth the conditions for using the website, web tools, and mobile applications (collectively, "Services") provided by CFHA Studio ("we," "us," or "the Studio"). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms apply to all relationships between users and the Studio regarding the use of the Services. Any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Services form part of these Terms.
By using the Services, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. The Services are generally provided free of charge, though some features may require payment.
If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of a parent or legal guardian before using the Services. Use without such consent may result in cancellation of the contract.
Some of our Services may include paid content or features.
Users shall not engage in the following:
Copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Services belong to the Studio or legitimate rights holders. The license to use the Services under these Terms does not constitute a transfer or license of these intellectual property rights.
We do not warrant that the Services are free from defects.
We shall not be liable for damages arising from the Services except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence. Even where we are liable, our liability is limited to direct and ordinary damages actually incurred by the user.

We may restrict all or part of a user's access to the Services without prior notice if the user violates any provision of these Terms.
We may change these Terms. For significant changes, we will provide advance notice on our website or within the Apps. Revised Terms take effect upon posting on this page.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes related to the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Studio's location.

本規約以日本法為準據法。因本服務產生紛爭時，以本工作室所在地之管轄法院為第一審專屬合意管轄法院。
